What to Expect:
Mile Crusher combines walking, jogging, and running with strategically placed workout stations along the Beltline. Each stop presents a new challenge before you get back on the move, covering just over a mile before finishing with an ab-focused core session. This 45-minute session is the perfect blend of intensity and accessibility, making it a great challenge for all fitness levels.
